We are pleased to announce that the Solicitor we have been in discussions with for some time has now prepared a detailed and positive letter for the benefit of all members of the Cameron Farley Action Group.

Following significant preliminary investigations, this letter explains the Solicitor’s views on our current position and his proposals to seek legal redress on behalf of Action Group members for the catalogue of errors which led to the loss of many millions of pounds of Cameron Farley clients’ money.

We would like to thank Robert Morfee of Clarke Willmott LLP for his generous assistance to date which has demanded a lot of work and commitment from him and his company without any guarantees of payment. Robert is an expert pensions and savings lawyer heading up Clarke Willmott LLP’s dedicated pensions and investment disputes team.

Please do NOT contact Robert or his team unless absolutely necessary at this stage. Robert has asked that any enquiries be made via the Action Group simply to reduce admin costs and workload for Clarke Willmott.

If you would like to join the Cameron Farley Action Group, it is currently FREE to do so. Membership is open to all Cameron Farley creditors who lost money in the company, however we may have to cease accepting new members soon and therefore we urge all interested parties to join without delay. Simply register your name on the Cameron Farley Action Group Forum. Please use your full real name and a valid email when applying.

We now expect formal Legal Action to begin as soon as possible and very much hope that we may finally bring some justice to the seemingly unjust events we have all witnessed since 2008.
